craigis Posted December 16, 2011 Share Posted December 16, 2011 Hey guys I've been frequently getting a lot of 500 errors when I've been trying to use helionet. I wasn't sure if you were aware of this or if this is just an isolated issue anyway I know the error page just displays a standard text but it's below for reference. Is there anything that can be done to help remedy this or will we just have to work around it? Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, ashoat@gmail.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. Guest xaav Posted December 16, 2011 Share Posted December 16, 2011 Yeah, the issue is that our server is serving too many requests, so it displays an internal server error for the extra ones that come in. Is it possible that, instead of the server immediately rejecting the request, it queues it somehow? I would sooner see slow (even very slow) responses than failing ones...
