r0ar
user: firstocHey guys! I have a question. So I made some e-mails and I tried to access the e-mail by typing in:www.mail.mywebsite.comand it pops up with the screen HELIOHOST ACCOUNT QUEUED and says I should wait 24 hours...I waited and it keeps popping up with this page, I was wondering if anyone can help me solve the problem? I know I can access my mail at Johnny.heliohost.org:#### or whatever, but how do I make it so I can access the e-mail through mail.mywebsite.com? Guest xaav
Have you tried http://mail.mysite.com/ ?
r0ar
hmm, I don't think that'll work for me because I need e-mails for about 20 people and I currently don't have any money. Any other way I could possibly do this?
Guest xaav
Sorry; I meant http://mail.PUT_YOUR_DOMAIN_HERE.com/. Of course, be sure to replace PUT_YOUR_DOMAIN_HERE with your own domain.
Tjoene
I guess you mean this: mail.r0aringdrag0n.heliohost.org/ ?It shows a queued page on all the accounts. You need to go to webmail.r0aringdrag0n.heliohost.org/ if you want access to your e-mail.
maths222
Could a record be set up to redirect mail.[domain] to webmail.[domain]? People are usede to going to mail.[domain], so that would make the mail access more intuitive.
Tjoene
I believe the mail.[domain] is reserved by the servers/cPanel/... .You could try to make a mail sub-domain and point it to webmail.[domain].
maths222
I am saying that cPanel should redirect it to the cPanel mail login.
Guest xaav
Yes, you could redirect mail.domain to webmail.domain, if that was your preference. I am saying that cPanel should redirect it to the cPanel mail login. You are welcome to tell this to cPanel yourself here.
