Well the login problem must be my side but the co.cc i will change once i can login

Its still denying to login for some reason, must be my connection or something idk! about the co.cc thing when im able to login should i just get a new domain and change nameservers?

 

I know how to change nameservers so no problem there!

Have you tried cPanel's reset password link?

I've already reset his password and emailed it to him. I've also logged into his account several times.

Make sure your using ALL lowercase with the username and password. You might try using another browser.

Doesn't seem to be working, ive tried logging in Mozilla/internet explorer/google chrome/safari/opera still nothing what about closing my account so i could re-register with the same email and try again! could work.

 

I reckon the account is playing up haven't been able to loggin into for ages! so could you close my account so everything is cleared and then i can re-register.

OK thanks, ive created a new account but im still having the http://johnny.helioh...org:2082/login/ keep timing out! is there anything you or i can do to fix this problem?

It usually takes 24 hours for new accounts to be able to login to cpanel. If you still have problems, repost. Although I'm not sure if we can do anything though.

Im still unable to login it just times out and sometimes never even loads the page!
