[SOLVED] Time Zone With Htaccess

I don't know if this is because of the recent compiling of Apache but I just noticed the time on my site isn't EST anymore and this htaccess directive no longer works:

 

SetEnv TZ US/Eastern

 

This should be showing EST time.
