Guest xaav Posted December 1, 2011 Posted December 1, 2011 We are aware of this issue and are working to fix it.
Byron Posted December 2, 2011 Posted December 2, 2011 @xaav: Is djbob aware of this issue? If not maybe we should make him aware of it.
mhea Posted December 2, 2011 Author Posted December 2, 2011 No, Djbob hasn't aware of this issue. I'm just looking forward to hearing that the issue would be fixed by Djbob. This problem has existed for almost 15 days. Please help me.Thanks!
Byron Posted December 2, 2011 Posted December 2, 2011 @mhea: I was actually addressing the other admin. I was thinking that maybe they had already talked to him or emailed him.
Guest xaav Posted December 2, 2011 Posted December 2, 2011 @byron Actually, djbob is aware of this issue; I talked to him on IRC. However, he has not done anything about it so far. What he needs to do is contact cPanel, and have them take a look.
Byron Posted December 2, 2011 Posted December 2, 2011 Ok it seems he's forgotten about it. I'm going to go ahead and email him with a link to the Escalated thread.
Byron Posted December 2, 2011 Posted December 2, 2011 Ok djbob knows and he said he would take a look at it, BUT this is a very busy week for him. So if it's not an easy fix or he can't determine the problem right off, it may be a few more days.
mhea Posted December 3, 2011 Author Posted December 3, 2011 OK, I'll wait for the problem solved for few more days. If the problem is fixed, please let me know! Thanks!
mhea Posted December 9, 2011 Author Posted December 9, 2011 Sorry to bother you again, Djbob, but I really need you help right now! The problem I posted has never been fixed. I hope you would have a look on it, as the problem has existed for along time. Thank you very much!
Ice IT Support Posted December 10, 2011 Posted December 10, 2011 A topic must be escalated for the root admin to reply. I am sure you are aware of the topic with this exact same issue in Escalated Requests. @admins It might be helpful to merge the topics? Just an idea, as you might have your reasons not to. (null)
