Subdomain Can't Be Deleted

Hi, heliohost team,

 

Firstly, thank you very much for supplying free host. You are great.

 

Secondly, I want to ask for help.

I couldn't be able to delete the subdomains and

I cannot add addon domain in my account. The details list in follow:

 

username: mhea

default domain name:

net.heliohost.org

host: stevie

 

Would you please delete all the domains under my account.

I'm just looking forward to hearing that the issue would be fixed by Djbob.

 

This problem has existed for almost 15 days.

@mhea: I was actually addressing the other admin. I was thinking that maybe they had already talked to him or emailed him.

@byron Actually, djbob is aware of this issue; I talked to him on IRC. However, he has not done anything about it so far. What he needs to do is contact cPanel, and have them take a look.

Ok djbob knows and he said he would take a look at it, BUT this is a very busy week for him. So if it's not an easy fix or he can't determine the problem right off, it may be a few more days.

A topic must be escalated for the root admin to reply. I am sure you are aware of the topic with this exact same issue in Escalated Requests.

 

@admins It might be helpful to merge the topics? Just an idea, as you might have your reasons not to.
