Adding A Add On Domain

Im on Stevie Server and I can't add another domain,what will I do?It always said "error domain wrapper"

What is the domain you try to add?

Are the NS-records pointing to the Heliohost servers?

my domain im trying to add is mypspgames.cu.cc and is already pointing to Heliohost servers,but still I can't add it to my account
