Thanks! Keep us informed. Communication helps a lot even when things are so bad. Customers stay loyal if you keep them in the loop.

For me, it's been down since Thursday (~48 hours). Thank you for trying to fix it! I really appreciate the tremendous effort you're putting into this webhost. I'll keep waiting, and thanks again.
