Is there a way to prevent the user who is responsible for bringing down stevie (using system resources) from continuing to do this on a weekly basis? 1

I can't even fathom the size of the problem on stevie, but considering it's been down for hours and hours, I can imagine it's very serious. Thanks for working so hard, guys.
