[Solved] Sorry, Username Not Found In Database

Log in to Cpanel via heliohost.org gives the message: username not found in database.

Loog in directly via Cpanel no problem.

My username is strangit.

server is stevie.

domain is strangeit.heliohost.org

Can you fix this, please?
