lanceuy Posted October 31, 2011 Share Posted October 31, 2011 so i host my sub domain(http://forum.cookiesandcream.net) for the domain name on our forum,i changed it's A record to a specific ip address,but then after how many days the subdomain is still not pointing to that ip address,and the site is not allowing the sub domain to be used in the forum.what to do? Tjoene Posted October 31, 2011 Share Posted October 31, 2011 I see that you have hosted your domain on orderbox-dns.com I don't think it is possible to have a subdomain on HelioHost when your main domain is on that host.If you want your site to be hosted here, you need to change your NameServers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.orgWhen you have changed the Name Server Records, then you can create the sub domain in cPanel.
