lozzauk Posted October 15, 2011 Share Posted October 15, 2011 Hi, I am having a problem adding on an addon domain. Error from park wrapper: laurieneill.co.uk is already configured. I had an account with you before moving onto a VPS. I'm going to cancel my VPS so would like to move back. Is this what is causing the problems? Tjoene Posted October 15, 2011 Share Posted October 15, 2011 It seems that the domain is already configured to a different host. http://network-tools.com/default.asp?prog=...urieneill.co.uk If you wish to use your domain with heliohost, you need to change the Name Servers (currently: ns1.livedns.co.uk ns2.livedns.co.uk ns3.livedns.co.uk) to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org Once the name servers are changed, you should be able to add them in cPanel. Thanks, but before I just pointed my A records at 216.218.192.170 - I'd rather do this as then it allows me to easily manage things and also keep my Google Apps mail etc. Is this not still possible? The only difference was in the way I signed up (on a heliohost.org address) as I wanted to be able to check the site was up before changing the DNS entries.
