Problem of create ROR application within CPanel

When I tried to create a ROR application within CPanel, it returned that "NO application is installed, because there is some problem". Where should I find help?

Information of "Error Message" & "Installed Ruby Gems" attached.

 

Moreover, Perhaps I may use commands in shell environment e.g. rake, in order to change my ROR web application.

May I use SSH to logon to Johnny's server (in user environment), and run such commands under user environment?

In my guess, the ROR application creation in CPanel is fixed. It just creates an empty ROR application. Compatibility of the empty ROR application depends on the version of rails installed on system, during creation.

 

Within my attached pdf files, the installed version rails is 2.3.11, so I believe the new empty ROR application is compatible to rails v2.x.

 

I know that Johnny's server does not support rails v3.x. If Johnny's server will support rails v3.x in future, I think it is a good news.

Information on posts at following url, it shows that ror application creation requires rails v2.3.12 within CPanel.

Thus, it requires rails v2.3.12 installation manually. However,

Examples show that the installation process is done through SSH access.

In heliohost's CPanel, running command "gem install rails -v=2.3.12" fails.

And there is no SSH access. It seems no solution at this moment.

I don't understand what problem you are having. Is your application not working?
