theBlake Posted September 29, 2011 Posted September 29, 2011 a. your HelioHost username : theblake b. the server your account is on: stevie c. your HelioHost main domain : theblake.net I received the suspended account warning on 17th Sept 2011 and followed the prompts to reactivate. Now when I attempt to login to the Cpanel I get authentication errors and when use forgot password function, I do not receive any email. I suspect the account has been deactivated. thanks
Tjoene Posted September 29, 2011 Posted September 29, 2011 I still can see your site. So your account should be active. Have you checked your spam box? It could be that the mail is in there.
