Greldinard Posted September 25, 2011 Share Posted September 25, 2011 Hello, HelioHost username : hizin Server : Stevie Main domain : greldinard.heliohost.org I did receive the warning mail "your account has been suspended" on 12th september 2011 and click on to the link given in the e-mail, and login in my cpanel too juste after that (so, within the week given to reactivate the account). The website was just fine at this time as I can remember. Today, I try to access my account (website and cpanel) and it seems it has been deleted (I think). I see the "Account suspended" page on the main domain and the link given to reactivate it warns me with a "user not found in database or not listed has inactive" message. I can't login into the cpanel side neither. I saw the big red message "clear your cache" and have cleared it before posting too (and trying to access after that) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
