I received an email that said "Your hosting account at HelioHost has been suspended as a result of account inactivity.......etc."

I clicked the link in the email but it said "We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive......etc."

I can't log into my cpanel account because it says this account is suspended and I can't renew using the renew page.

 

I have posted this twice already and so far the answers haven't done anything except to tell me to do things I have already tried.
