ecc456 Posted September 22, 2011 Posted September 22, 2011 Hi I love Heliohost, I really do, but this issue with Stevie is starting to become very upsetting! I run a nonprofit and our website is stored on Stevie, lately we have been getting alot of complaints about slow page loading and the server seems to be down alot! Is this something that is going to be fixed soon or should I start looking for a new hosting service? I really hope to stay with Heliohost but I cant afford to have our website performing so slowly and inefficiently... Also, if you are working on Stevie it wouldn't hurt to keep us updated on twitter or something! It seems like there's no communication between heliohost and its customers concerning this issue of Stevie being overloaded and slowed down.. Thanks alot! You guys rock! Quote
