solutions Posted September 20, 2011 Posted September 20, 2011 Hi, With the name solution, I recieved an email notifying that my account is suspended as a result of account inactivity, I tried to renew it, but it did not renew. I logged in to cpanel without any problems, but cannot view sites at all. The question now, is what defines an inactivity, at least one of the sites is well active. I noticed also that many people have the same problem that they are suspended. So, I need your help! would you let me know what's the problem and wether it could be fixed permanently. On the other hand, I'd like to thank you for opening this hosting for the benifit of everybody. Thanks alot,

September 1st, ~08:38 UTC. September 15th, ~08:36 UTC. September 19th, ~08:44 UTC. September 20th, ~09:16 UTC. Not so much regular as before in July ( LINK ), but maybe it's worth to search again for the reason of this problem and solution? ( LINK )

jje Posted September 20, 2011 Posted September 20, 2011 We apologise for the issues Stevie has been having in the last few days, and will attempt to find the cause of the issue. In the meantime, I will attempt to run the script that should fix things. However, according to the data Stevie is giving me, he's not ready yet. This has been resolved. If you still see the queued page please clear your cache.
Tjoene Posted September 20, 2011 Posted September 20, 2011 This has been resolved I can get back on my site, but it takes for ever to load. Most of the times it doesn't load at all. And I've noticed that the server load has been pretty high lately... Are there problems with Stevie? Thanks, Tjoene
