i have someone problems

Hi,

I have two problems :(

 

1- my subdomain: "dale.com.uy.sopenco.com" are queued

2- my domian: sopenco.com are redirecto to other domain. (i changed it yesterday but the redirect continue)

 

is stragne because all domian with "www" are work normally
