[SOLVED] Trouble with Remote Database Access

Hi all

 

This is my situation:

 

My main domain mrphan.tk hosted on HelioHost (Stevie server)

My sub-domain home.mrphan.tk hosted on another hosting provider

 

Both mrphan.tk and home.mrphan.tk run the same code (the simple blog code, source here), but i config home.mrphan.tk use database on HelioHost (just for synchronous, why i have to do this? because i want if "Error 500" on mrphan.tk occurs, it will auto redirect to home.mrphan.tk ), and the trouble was begin

Error: Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 110
Errno.: 2013

 

I configured Remote Database on HelioHost like this

 

You can check the connection to the mysql server on HelioHost

http://home.mrphan.tk/test_dbs.php?host=216.218.192.170 or

http://home.mrphan.tk/test_dbs.php?host=stevie.heliohost.org

Can you try connecting from home? It might be your hosting provider that's blocking the connection.

I changed the hosting provider and the problem is resolved
