[SOLVED] Domain issue

Hello,

 

I recently created an addon domain, which resulted in the 'Heliohost Account queued' page. More than 48 hours ago, I pointed my new domain to different nameservers. However I am still seeing the same Heliohost page when I visit Liverblog.info (I have flushed DNS several times / cleared browser cache)

 

I thought this may be due to the addon domain still existing on my Heliohost account, but it doesn't appear to exist in cpanel

 

Any thoughts? I have posted in add-on domain topic with no reply

 

Username: martin1g

Default domain name: martin-grey.com

Addon domain name: liverblog.info

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

I do not see the HelioHost Account Queued page at liverblog.info, and according to byron's script no nameservers have been assigned.

From Byron's Script:

 

host: liverblog.info

target: ns02.000webhost.com

target: ns01.000webhost.com

 

The nameservers point to 000webhost and not to heliohost.

As Tjoene said, your site is pointing to

NS01.000WEBHOST.COM

NS02.000WEBHOST.COM

 

Your domain is not released from your old hosting service.

 

My suggestion :

delete the name servers, wait until the domain show nothing(released from old hosting site).

Then now add the name server of Heliohost.
