Delay and errors on website

I am getting many errors tryig to acces my website.

forum.kodt.co.cc i get the following:

"General Error

SQL ERROR [ mysqli ]

 

Too many connections [1040]

 

An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists."

 

also have gotten 500 server internal error.:"Internal Server Error

CPanel doesn't seems to load for ever (over 5 min regularly) or stop loading and not respond.

I can internet fine and im 100% certain these issues are server-side.

the forum software is phpBB (given problems with CPanel seems forum software is not to blame.also very widely used software, should be solid)

 

I hope you can restore the service to a acceptable functional status soon.

Yes, we are aware of the problems. Someone is abusing stevie, and I will be suspending that account as soon as I can log in to ssh.
