Since then, my account has been queued. Please be more specific. Thanks Hi jje! Sorry that you couldn't get your head around it! Hopefully this explains it in more detail .... 1. I CAN log into cPanel with the new user name (skcgapps) 2. When you type in the domain name (www.skcgoogleapps.co.cc) I see the the "HelioHost Account Queued" page. In other words, www.skcgoogleapps.co.cc redirects to: http://www.skcgoogleapps.co.cc/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi instead of http://www.skcgoogleapps.co.cc/index.html I find this a little weird as you told me yesterday that my account was no longer queued?
