Please be more specific. Thanks Hi jje! Sorry that you couldn't get your head around it! Hopefully this explains it in more detail .... 1. I CAN log into cPanel with the new user name (skcgapps) 2. When you type in the domain name (www.skcgoogleapps.co.cc) I see the the "HelioHost Account Queued" page. In other words, www.skcgoogleapps.co.cc redirects to: http://www.skcgoogleapps.co.cc/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi instead of http://www.skcgoogleapps.co.cc/index.html I find this a little weird as you told me yesterday that my account was no longer queued?
