I've made a site where users can select subtitles to put over top of films (old and new) that are uploaded to Youtube, even when there are no subtitles on the original Youtube video. The subtitle files are stored on the site (ranging from 10-60kb each). My question is, would I be able to host my site on HelioHost, or would this concept break the "no copyrighted material" rule in the ToS? I'm not sure, myself.

Hi, Does anyone know what the official copyright status of the articles posted on https://wiki.helionet.org/Main_Page is? I would like to include some, or all of that content as part of my own wiki? This is permissible if the content is released under Creative Commons or similar license. The wiki itself does not specify the license used. Thanks, Space2018

I understand that the Terms of Use forbid website content that infringes copyrights, is obscene, etc. Does this automatically disqualify any site that accepts user-submitted content, or will I be compliant if I put a notice on my site saying that these kinds of content are not allowed?
