Hi! I'm receiving this error, while I tried to add the domain in the temporary Johnny account (Tommy > Johnny) I need some help to solve this, and I wanted to know too, if (when Tommy comes back) I'll need to do this again?

Hi, I keep trying to sign up and I have been signed up before under this same address: www.jamesnb.com Now I keep getting this error message. Dear jamesnb, Your hosting account at HelioHost has encountered an error during installation. The error is: Sorry, a DNS entry for jamesnb.com already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the DNS cluster). Please visit http://www.heliohost.org/scripts/signup.php and try to signup again. I did purchase the domain through a different provider this time, but they say the problem is not on their end. I'm not sure how to go about fixing this.
