there was some misconfiguration that my cpanel pass is unknown to me. i can only login using that login to panel button.. I tried logging in with pass of heliohost.org but it blocked my IP.. also.. to access these forums I had to reset my pass as the Pass I set at time of registration wont work here either. please unblock my IP and resolve this issue with my passwords.

Hello! I tried this morning to make a JAVA program that uploads and downloads files via FTP connection to your server, but I entered a wrong combination of serverName, userName and password too many times and my IP is blocked now. In the meantime I found a workaround to the upload/download task. Please unblock my IP address, I use your server for hosting an application's database for a college project. Thanks! PS: I tried to remotely connect via FTP similarly to the snippet of code in the attache image, of course using johnny.heliohost.org/gmihai95.heliohost.org as hostname, gmihai95 as username, and my cPanel password, but I tried various combinations and my account is blocked now.
