hello my user name on STEVE server is mylund. My website url is http://www.httpeyes.com. I created this website successfully. But now i am unable to login. It shows an error suspended accout. When i enters the username for reactive, it shows not found in database. please help me i am in trouble.

My account for username myquill has been suspended. My account is on johnny. My main domain is myquill@heliohost.org I have been ftp'ing small python script files (max around 10K) that I've edited on my home desktop to my cgi-bin and running it. I'm just learning Python and Javascript, so I've transferred a lot of times. I may have gotten stuck in a loop a couple of times before I killed the web page, so maybe that burned some CPU, but otherwise it's not doing much. It would be great if you could reactivate my account. Thanks, Mike

Hi there, I've received an account inactive email from Heliohost. When I go to reactive my account using the link, the site returns an error message that the account cannot be found in the database. I did not think it was for nor does it work for inactivity/renew. Could you please include the reason / script in error / etc. please? If it was a script, I can remove access, debug, etc. so it does not reoccur. The mail server catch-all @IllegalKnowledge.com was working today as of 6:47PM, so it must have been relatively recent unless mail works and www-http does not. Hi, I have an account on the johnny server. My HelioHost username is jhorv and my HelioHost main domain is horvath.heliohost.org. I just found out that my account has been suspended and I don't know why. My site is a personal website so I am certain that the content is neither Illegal,pornographic,spam, or infringes onanyone's copyright. I was doing some work on the site until yesterday so it couldn't have been suspended due to inactivity. I don't run any cron jobs or the like, and the only other software I have on my site is GetSimpleCMS. The source files for this software have not been altered in any way thus all copyright notices have remained intact. Considering that the site is primarily PHP and based on SimpleXML, I don't think that I have been using more than my fair share of reources. If for some reason there has been something which I had been doing wrong I would appreciate if I can be informed of what the problem was so I can avoid in the future. I used the Inactivity Script but it said that there is no account with this name in the database... Hello, My account name is elmyra. I've had a website on the stevie server since 2011. My domain is at: clerith.heliohost.org I do not know why my account was suspended. Some pages of my site are still available, but when I click into other pages, I get a page saying that my account has been suspended. Would you please clarify why this has happened, and explain how to reactivate my account?
