Hi, Username of my acount: blogzon I've hosted my site on the stevie server of helio host. A couple of days back my account was suspended without any notification. It is just a content site and there are no heavy stuffs that occupy huge space in the size. So, I have no idea why it has been suspended. Hi Heliohost Team, My account ( "sumedha") has been suspended.I got an email from you that "Heliohost account Inactive" on Jun 21,2013 but when I am clicking Renewal link (http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew) and giving my user name, its saying account is not existing. Hi Heliohost Team, I have hosted a website ( domain - www.astrodpverma.com) on stevie/Jonny. My user Name is- parthk Somehow I did not logged in my account within 30 days and it has suspended now. Now I would like to re-host this website.I am trying to signup new account but its not allowing me. Could you please help me on this? Sir, My following account has been suspended. I did n't get any warning and all before suspension. This site hosted an online judge ,which was my college project .I used heliohost for demo running of the project . I don't have any back ups . Plz , suggest , how can i make back-up of the database and my project files. If its not possible to reactivate my suspended account , then at-least ,activate it for a one time login so that i can make a back up of my project. Hi, my account was suspended and I don't know why yet... I would know if you can send me the backup from my FTP and MySQL, because I haven't backups from the site! Hi, Yesterday my account got suspended without any notification. Can you please let me know the reason for this account suspension. Also, please let me know how i can reactivate my account. It would be great if you can notify before suspending the accounts so that users can take corrective measures to ensure their accounts will not get suspended, or atleast they can take the backup of database and files. I can understand it can be overhead for you but it was just what i felt. I have not even taken the backup of my website files and database. Below are my account details... However, I am fine with a complete deletion of the account as I was planning to re-setup my website on Stevie. It all started with my not being able to access the cPanel. When I decided to delete my account to shift to the Stevie server, the script said that my account was not in the list of Active users. Finally, the Suspended Account page was displayed on my site. Thanks in advance for your help!

Dear Admin, will you please enable my account. user name - umakantm server - stevie domain- freejournal.heliohost.org Note: it is frustrating to see the account suspended time and again. The links to activate suspended account says "We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error." And the worst thing is that there is no way to contact any admin.. Hope you solve the problem..
