Down again this AM for the third AM in a row....are these related incidents? Is it now. or will it soon be resolved?

Do you own cafolepo.ca? If so, change DNS config so that the nameservers point to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org.

Still no www.cafolepo.ca/cpanel ...or do I now wait the 24-48 hours?

If it's relevant I am using my own purchased domain with a top level of .ca and choosing "Other" for the dropdown.

I have a very similar problem. I am trying to register with heliohost also with a gmail mail account but I get the same error message.

I do NOT have any special characters in my email address: Simply: "8-characters"@gmail.com

I also tried "same"@hotmail.com but get the same error again.
