We're still trying to determine why he keeps crashing, but as r0nmlt said, this is very much the exception for Stevie. He's been stable for years, and then crashed 4 times in a week...

 

Krydos reached out to our provider last night to work on getting him running again.

 

How much time it need? Couse 4 days offline is not good

 

12 hours max was the last time the server is down,

i'm sure it'll be up later (i'm praying that it will be )

and me too anyways we cannot really grumble they do an amazing job and stevie has been quite stable for over a long time. its only these couple of days that there's hiccups.

easy guys, the admins are working on this at the moment

Websites should be back up.

 

cPanel seem to still be down though (returns a 500 error for no such file or directory in the sessions directory), and NS1 is also still not back yet.

 

EDIT: Looks like he crashed again. If he comes back up enough for me to get into cP, I think I'll grab a backup and consider moving to Tommy.

I can't think of any time we lost files.

 

InnoDB database tables are the most likely thing to get lost. InnoDB is horrible at fault-tolerance, its basically a 50/50 chance every time the database server shuts down improperly as to whether your InnoDB tables will still be there when it comes back.

good thing i backed up my db last night (10hrs ago), i'm thinking about my php files ( the files for my website ) coz i don't have a back up of those! Y_Y

im so screwed if those files disappeared ><
