You can move to Johnny or Tommy as an alternative. Johnny registrations open daily at midnight UTC and fill quickly. Tommy is also available, but is by invitation only (you can donate to get one, or hope you're randomly selected ones to get a free one, odds are about 1 in 20,000 though).

 

If you wish to change servers, please post your username and domains so they can be removed. Please note that we cannot recover account data from Stevie at this time, so you will need to use whatever backups you may have to restore your site.

We're still trying to determine why he keeps crashing, but as r0nmlt said, this is very much the exception for Stevie. He's been stable for years, and then crashed 4 times in a week...

 

Krydos reached out to our provider last night to work on getting him running again.

How much time it need? Couse 4 days offline is not good

As Byron said, we don't keep backups. You have to make them yourself if you want them. In the same boat myself...I made a backup before an update I did over the holiday last week, then forgot to actually download the thing when it finished...

 

I'm now missing that backup, plus all the work I did Thursday and Friday, and all the new data that got collected by my software on Monday and Tuesday. Oh well...I always preach "make backups!", and didn't follow my own advice.

That error doesn't appear for me in cPanel, and MySQL is working fine for me. Try logging out and in again.

 

As for the lost database, we probably don't have anything. The data loss would be from the MySQL crash yesterday. InnoDB looks to have died again. InnoDB is extremely sensitive...just look at it wrong and it crashes, while we have never lost MyISAM data in our 10 years in operation.

 

I'll escalate this to see if Krydos happens to have backups of the innodb databases for some reason, but odds are we don't have anything to restore.

yes I reed it, i can't recreate mysql couse already exist (but in panel no one base created), and cant reload mysql to another db couse it have inno-db (inno-db read only) errors,
