"Account Suspended" is shown when visiting my subdomain. Login works. Is this an error? username: blubber domain: murkymind.heliohost.org server: Tommy

FTP login to my account often fails (daily at specific times) with: "421 30 users (the maximum) are already logged in, sorry" I'm the only FTP user in my account on Stevie. So I suppose this is the limit for the whole server no matter how low the server load is. Is this limit intentional? It seems a bit low to me. It would be more useful if this value could adapt to the server load dynamically.
