Well hey, at a situation like this, I'm questioning my sanity as it is. For one, I'm certain I don't have Alzheimer's disease (I think) so I'm sure I use the same password every day. At some point it stops accepting it, I have no idea what's going on, I try to reset it but it doesn't accept the temporary one either. What else am I to do?

Tried just now. Still not getting an email from Heliohost.

I can connect, but login still fails.

Heliohost suddenly stopped accepting my password. It also rejected all the temporary passwords I was provided by password reset. Now after the third attempt at resetting my password, I stopped receiving password reset emails by Heliohost all together. Is there any way to get my account back?
