Hello, and thank you for taking the time to help me out. Here is my info:

The accound seems to have been suspended, I thought it just had to be renewed but after trying to renew it stated that it was still active.

I've also tried resetting the cpanel pw because I couldn't login and once I entered the confirmation code it just didn't do anything, I couldn't submit a new pw and/or was not assigned one. It just kept asking for a the confirmation code but also didn't give any error.

I'm also unsure if capitalization is important in the username, it's either micasita or MiCasita

any help would be appreciated,
