Strange. I guess I must not have cleared it properly before. Either way, thank you for the help.

HelioHost username: azalp Server: Stevie Main Domain: azalp.heliohost.org I recently went to my website and since I hadn't logged into the cpanel for a while, it was suspended. I tried to renew it over several days, but I think the server was down for maintenance each time? In any case, I just tried to do it again and although I can now access the renew script, it's claiming that my account is currently active (and so does the account status script) when the website still says otherwise no matter what browser I'm on or how many times I clear my cache. I tried logging into my cpanel anyway, but I kept getting an error saying I was using an invalid login. Just in case I was completely wrong, and had just forgotten my password, I tried resetting my password but the link I received did nothing, instead taking me to the page where I can enter in a confirmation code (which when entered manually, still did nothing).
