Title is wrong. Backup not found. I had an account but I guess I got the email messed up or something. It was thomashowl.com, but when I do the username and email, the backup says it can't find it. Username: thomasho Is there any chance someone could take a look?

Unfortunately, I'm unable to create a new account because my domain is already registered to my Johnny account.

I would like to transfer my account from Johnny to a different one. I understand that I need to delete my current account and then sign up again, but for some reason the system counts my password as wrong. I know it's correct because it's saved in chrome and I used it every day to sign in to cPanel. Any thoughts?
