Did anyone else have access to your account username and password?

Nope just me. Only I could access the cpanel. And I am pretty sure I wont delete my own website.

Oh, I see now. Sorry, just like Tjoene I found the previous post that you made, but looking at it closer you just posted on the topic that someone else made.

 

As has already been said there is no account with that username or domain in the system. Did you queue it for deletion perhaps?

No I have not done anything like that. Everything was working absolutely fine till 28th july. I have even shared the google cache copy.

Hi, I cannot access my website 'http://placementrvce.heliohost.org/' and also I am unable to login into the cpanel, it says "we're sorry but we could not find that username in the database". Please Help.

I tried creating a backup, but the backup also doesn't have the tables. It has only one table of 'MyISAM'.

Is there any other way to backup my data??

Hey I did as suggested.

Reset the c panel password with 'synchronize mysql password' enabled.

Deleted the database user and created a new one with same name and same password.

Now i can access the phpmyadmin and can see all tables but when i click on the tables "#1146 table doesn't exist" appears.

I would like to tell you that I can access one table which was of type 'MyISAM' but all others with type 'InnoDb' cannot be accessed.

Please help.
