  1. Try an older version of whatever program you're using. Most things have a version that runs on 5.3.

    Thanks for the advice, but my web site is completely self-made (php+mysql, not CMS). To function on PHP 5.3 it should be almost completely redone.

  2. I'd recommend once he comes back online that you back everything up and move to Stevie. Stevie has much better performance and uptime than Johnny.

    Good idea! But Stevie has only PHP 5.3, but I need at least 5.4 :(

    Actually I am completely satisfied with the functionality of Stevie. And I would be happy to move my site to Stevie.

    Unfortunately, my project needs at least PHP 5.4, and Stevie offers only 5.3. That's why I placed my website at Johnny.

  4. but his uptime is terrible due to load.

    Unfortunately, but Johnny server is still terribly slow. Please tell us, what are your plans to solve this problem?
