Thank you for your response. But we don't seem to understand what is going on. From the time we received the mail from you warning us about the suspension due to inactivity, we were not able to login to your homepage (heliohost) as your server was down. After the server was up, we tried the reactivation link but it says - " We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error."
Please re-activate it as soon as possible. Thanks in advance.
