Right now my ip is 46.12.184.52 and the site doesn't load.

Hi, I'm facing a strange issue with my site, 8dpi.com. I can't visit it, connect to control panel, connect with ftp client. When i restart my router and get different ip i can access it for a while and then again the problem appears :/. When i test to http://www.isup.me/ is only down for me. When i visit it with 3g in my mobile phone everything is ok. This problem is in the last 5-6 hours. The site is on Stevie Plz help
