Hi. I reset my password through cPanel using the link in the email and it shows the password as reset but when I attempt to use the new password it I get a message stating that it is invalid. I've tried a few times and always get the same result.
The account name is smb563 and my account is on Johnny.

Hi. I've gone through the cPanel Password Reset process and when I enter (either copy/paste or typing in manually) the new password I get "The login is invalid".
