Hi everyone. I just want to know if I need to do something to get one of my subdomains to work. When I try to access it, a message about DNS Search appear, like my site doesn't exist. What can I do? I've read that the limit of cron jobs is 2 per day. I've waited for 0:00 GMT to make a new Cron Job, and got my account suspended again. Does your script resets at 0:00 GMT, or it counts 24 hours after the second cron job? I was installing Oxwall script when I went suspended. Sorry if I'm doing something bad, but I've tried to follow the rules, after I read them all since my first suspension. Tell me if I have misunderstood something, please. I think i got my account suspended because 2 sucessive cron jobs that I've made while installing Dolphin. It was a mistake, I forgot the rules of server load, sorry for this. If you can un-suspend me, I'll be thankful. Regards

It was an action from my partner. Our site ran in test at Johnny server, but as he checked the Uptime, we went to other hosts to try out. Knowing that Helio is the best free host, we moved back, but this time at Stevie server (cause Uptime). My partner said that he had deleted 'vnsmes' account, so then I use vnsmes.com domain on 'vnsmesuf' account.

I need to know if HelioHost have some sort of "Daily Hits Limit" or "Max different IP connections / day." I'm doing a forum / community, which will take about 3 ~ 4K active users / month, HelioHost can be a solution for me? I will work with MyBB forum, because I think it reduces the use of databases, compared to other PHP forums. Users will be able to use my forum smoothly? A friend of mine was a server Johnny user once, and when I saw I liked very much, but I have a big community, and need a good Uptime (Johnny is about 73%, which wouldn't be sufficient to my purpose).
