Dear customer support team, my HelioHost account named "nmdtld" has been suspended due to inactivity. Although I'm sure that I've logged into it last week via cPanel. Nevertheless, the account renewal script does not seem to work. Could you please reactivate my account manually? Thanks a lot in advance.
