It will not let me log-in or reset my password... why is this happening?

This is what I get when I do the reset PW:

"Auth token mismatch: please make sure you copied the full url from the email and that you have used the same browser session you started the process in."

I can not log-in with my old credentials...still

I now suspecting my account was suspended (not deleted) for not being used for a few months, I tried to make a new one w/ the same UN. That did not work, so I tried to get a new password and it told me my account was [still there] just suspended. I would like to re-activate it... are you abel to get me back on with the same UN and domain notexchanage.co.cc? Thank you.
