Is it possible for someone to fix this so that I can access my site.

HelioHost username: roslin server: heliohost.org heliohost main domain: roslintrees.heliohost.org I have been unable to reactivate my site even though I have entered what I believe is my correct username. Using this username I can successfully access the heliohost site with a cpanel login with my username and also access the site with an ftp client and edit the website . I would appreciate assistance in accessing my website. Lindsay Matthews
