i create an account with username 'mrshah' in tommy server just now but when i checking the status of account, it said 'That account has been backed up and then taken offline due to inactivity'. please check my account and activate it on tommy server. thanks alot.

It's because it's already used by your forum account. The hosting account checker won't look at a forum account but the registration script will.

 

If you want I can rename the forum account so it can be reused.

So please rename my forum username to 'mrshm25'.

I can't submit my username to 'mrshm' when i signing up and appear "Not available" message.

Beside, when i checking the status of that username it say "There is no account in our database that matches that username"

What can i do?

Please unarchive my account with username 'shaghool'.

yes i did, when i saw i can't change the domain to it's default for my account on johnny cause of it is down.

but when i saw it's not work after hours, i decided to tell you to free up it on johnny so i can change the domain of tommy account to it.

No admin can help me?

i make an account on tommy server just now. but i cant login to my account and it says "invalid login". also i tried to resset my password but its get an error that say :

"Uh oh, there was an error changing your password. The admins have already been notified of the problem, but if you would like us to manually change your password for you please contact support. You could also try reseting your password again."

so i cant access my account. can you please reset my password or do something else?
