I signed up on 4/7/10 around the time of the DDOS attack issues. With all that behind us, I still have never been able to log in to cPanel or through FTP. I tried several times to reset my password through the cPanel, but never get those confirmation link emails. I did receive the original account opening email and did the confirmation. My address, pimabiz.heliohost.org, "works" in that the Apache directory shows, but that's as far as I can go. I really would like to use your hosting services and put up my website. Can I get some help? Thank you.
