The script works for most everyone. I'm not sure why it didn't work for you.

Nifomat what? nifomat.com nifomat.heliohost.org nifomat.tk etc?

nifomat.heliohost.org, which is currently nifmat.heliohost.org. please change to "nifomat". it could be a problem, or the script is bad at http://www.heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/domain, for not working.

 

a friend account "Itc" on helionet.org forum has an issue, the username suddenly stopped working, and after thinking it was a forgotten password, after password recovery this is what was seen in the screenshot attached from heliohost email, no username was included, no way to login to this forum. this is probably a bug as the account was created automatically after tommy invitation, this was after tommy crashed that lasted few months. please heliohost see if the issues are related and fix permanently.

 

issues:

Hi helliohost team, thanks for the tommy upgrade, i need to change my domain, its now urgent. i think i made a mistake, i need to change my main domain from "nifmat" to "nifomat" have done it more than 7 times and nothing is changing. i suspect it could be a problem, or the script for changing domain is damaged at http://www.heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/domain, or heliohost need to clean the cache on its system from earlier mistakes so it can take effect.

Hi Krydos, hello heliohost team. Please I have an issue with my account on Tommy and need a fix.

 

My account on heliohost.org/login is "ITC"

And my password. The account I created on invite, the domain I choose during the process is Nifomat

 

My subdomain name is nifomat.heliohost.org, but I can't login to it, I don't know what went wrong.

 

I have used the subdomain name in cpanel to login, no way, I have used the one I use to login direct from heliohost.org/login but it doesn't take me to my cpanel. One-time it did, but now it's not anymore. Is it a bug?

 

Please help, reset it or fix it, or something. It's just exhausting...

Thank you, if that's the way to go. But I thought Tommy is relatively new, what caused the issue? Hard disk? I guess the hard disk must be faulty when it came with Tommy. Either try your best heliohost, good work.

Why we wait for the possibility of Tommy coming back alive, how can I setup the previous website on other server? And please if Tommy comes back alive will the sites hosted on it comeback with it functional?

It failed sometime late Friday night into Saturday.

 

There's nothing to do but wait at the moment. We've made backups and are in the process of moving the archives to Cody so they can be made available for download. Once available, an announcement will be made regarding how to download them.

I just realized that the website I manage is showing me server repair in prioress and it's Tommy. I followed the link to the forum to also realized it has been a while now. Please how do I restore the website, can heliohost have it done? It needs to be online. My address is itech.heliohost.org

hello, if autossl is enable on tommy, please why is my own not auto renewing? becasue mine expired 26 of june and did not auto-renew on the main account but somehow i noticed it was enable on my subdomain account and renewed there but not enabled on my main account. how do i effect the auto renew ssl on my account "itech"
