    Based on versions at www.heliohost.org/home/features/languages/php it appears to be out of date yet the article reads "HelioHost offers the latest version of PHP 5 on all its hosting accounts". How can it be the latest when 5.3 has reached its end of life at least 3 months ago with 5.3.29?
