I am having a major issue with my hosting account. When I try to visit my site, which is at thehuntershow.heliohost.org, I get the foown ero Could not determine user from environment. I can access the cpanel, but it says my login is not valid when trying to log in. My username is tbzone. Please help! Thanks.

That's what I don't understand, why it wasn't working. I would like it changed to hdpradio.heliohost.org, and go ahead and change the password. Is it possible for you to change the username also? If so, could it be changed to hdpradio?

I've been trying to change the domain on my account for quite some time now, but when I try to change my domain, it says that the password is invalid. Also, when I visit my current site, I get a bing search. Please help! My current domain is thehuntershow.heliohost.org, and I am on the johnny server. Thanks
